Barcelona kept the confidence sooner or later Dani Olmo and Pau Victor will be registered, while the League has been mostly silent on the matter. However, with the Blaugrana assuring that the matter would be resolved on Friday, it has been reported that the League has no intention of registering Olmo or Victor, leaving them as free agents.
On Friday night, however, the president of Barcelona, Joan Laporta, perhaps indicated why he and Barcelona were so confident. On his WhatsApp status, he shared at 21:19 CEST and later deleted a text that apparently came from the RFEF. It appears to support Barcelona's claim to have Olmo and Pau Victor registered, although there is little way to verify the text.
EYES!! Let's count @JijantesFC
Is Laporta missing this in his WhatsApp status? Excuse me? https://t.co/3KVGW55406 pic.twitter.com/BzGNLCeiKR

The text, as shared by Gerard Romero on Jijantes says the following.
“The RFEF, having heard the arguments of the FCB, shares them in that art. 130.2 RFEF Regulation is not applicable to the case Dani Olmo / Pau Víctor, since, in this case, the withdrawal of the players took place, not because of the will of the club (which is what this article provides), but because of factors outside and against the will of the club. It is an undisputed fact that the club and the players want to continue in a FCB team for the entire duration of the season. This interpretation of the rule is consistent with the obvious purpose of this article, which is precisely to promote the stability of the composition of the players' teams, so that…”
From there, it is less clear what happens. The Real Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) is in charge of approving the licenses of the players, but only do it on the instructions of the League, something that has not yet happened.
If no player is registered, both will be free agents, and Barcelona is at risk of them. The club seems to be contemplating a mutual termination of their affairs and then a attempt to keep Victor and Olmu in the summer if it happens. However, the club has maintained a strong line that they are confident that both will be registered, and likely take the case to court before that happens.
