Daniel Sturridge had the Sky Sports studio in stitches after joking about a bizarre outfit he wore on Sunday.
Sturridge appeared as an expert on Sky Sports' coverage of the throbbing tie between Liverpool and city of manchester having played for both clubs during his career.
He appeared alongside regular experts. Gary Neville, Jamie Carragher, Mica Richards and Roy Keane – and the 34-year-old did not disappoint.
After the exciting 1-1 draw at Anfield full of twists and turns, Sturridge delivered his analysis.
And in doing so, he poked fun at himself after joking about his strange choice of clothing, including what looked like a seatbelt on his jacket.
He said in the studio: “Exciting. It was like a back and forth, back and forth, opportunities, challenges, a lot of drama, penalties.
“It was just a brilliant game for everyone to see, it will be a rollercoaster.

He left the studio in stitches and even Keane cracked a smile.
