In the final match of the day, Manchester City secured a 3-1 win over West Ham with Erling Haaland scoring 70 goals in 69 Premier League games.
Here the duo SPORT speaks Jamie O'Hara and Jason Cundy reveal their winners and losers from Saturday's Game-Day Phone-In action…
Andoni Iraola
The Bournemouth boss engineered a late comeback against Everton, winning 3-2 at Goodison Park after trailing 2-0 with four minutes of normal time remaining.
Cundy said: “He made some big changes and the game changed. Let's be honest, it shouldn't have happened, but he made things happen.”
“You always look back and think about the decisions a manager makes and how they impact the game. Everton fans were booing Sean Dyche and the decisions he didn't make.
“But if you look at the substitutions Iraola made, the minutes he was available, he took risks and got them right.
“He got the right result and that's why it's difficult for him not to win this weekend.”
Bryan Mbeumo
The Brentford striker scored a stunning double to help the Bees secure a 3-1 win over Southampton.
With Toney watching from the stands, it was the perfect way to show he is Thomas Frank's main man.
Cundy said: “Ivan Toney has gone and you look at Mbeumo and wonder, how far can this lad go?
“Is he one of those players we can see in the Champions League in the future?”
Erling Haaland
It was another memorable game for Manchester City's talisman.
Two first-half goals saw City go into the break 2-1 ahead against West Ham, before they completed their treble in the second half.
“After 30 minutes, he scored two goals. We should call him Haaland at half-time,” Cundy said.
Those goals mean Haaland has now scored seven goals in three Premier League games this season.
He has also scored a staggering 70 goals in 69 Premier League games. Amazing.
Losers
Declan Rice
The Arsenal midfielder was at the centre of the drama after being sent off during the 1-1 draw with Brighton.
To clarify the confusing incident, the Premier League Match Centre shared an explanation on its X account.
The post read: “Declan Rice was shown a second yellow card by the referee for delaying the restart.”
Cundy replied: “What a stupid boy! I don't care what anyone says, you don't give the referee a decision to make.”
“Throwing the ball is a sign of petulance.
“He will have been sitting in that dressing room and he will have known it. He will have heard the Brighton fans cheering and he will know he made a mistake.”
Sean Dyche and Everton
Everton will be licking their wounds after letting two goals slip through their fingers against Bournemouth.
The Toffees now sit bottom of the table with no points to their name after conceding 10 goals this season.
Cundy said: “It's Sean Dyche. I have to have him there, along with the whole Everton team.
“I'm even getting the players and fans in there, along with Sean Dyche.
Goodison Park? They call it 'Woodison Park' because it's so old.
“They're stinking, man. That's terrible.”
Aaron Ramsdale
Fresh from Arsenal, Ramsdale had a debut to forget for Southampton, conceding three goals against Brentford.
Cundy said: “He's conceded three goals. I felt bad for Ramsdale with the first two goals, but the third…
“You have to have stronger wrists. You'd like to see a stronger wrist on the far stick.”
O'Hara added: “He could have another relegation on his CV,” to which Cundy replied: “Oh, Southampton are going to go down,” before O'Hara replied: “They think they're Real Madrid.”
