Everton's players will feel attacked by the points deduction and that gives Sean Dyche a big problem to overcome.
Former Everton striker Kevin Campbell is worried about the effect Everton's latest points deduction will have on the team.
The club has had two points stripped for another breach of Premier League sustainability and profit rules.
It adds to its previous six point deductionwhich the Toffees appealed from 10, to further fuel a miserable campaign for Dyche, whose team is now just two points clear of the relegation zone.
Speaking on the Hawksbee and Jacobs Show on talkSPORT moments after the news broke, Campbell believes it could be difficult for Dyche to get his players ready for battle again.
“The funny thing is that when you are a footballer, when you do business you don't expect them to take away your points.
“So you have to get up again to start over. That's going to be the hardest thing for you.” Sean Dyche“.
When Campbell was asked whether Everton could galvanize or not, the former Toffees striker said: “Well, they definitely did at the start (of the season).
“Those 10 points galvanized the whole club, to be honest. But listen, we're at the end of the season now.
“Two points is not the end of the world but they are going to have to appeal because that victory against Burnley On Saturday there is now a tie.
“As a player, you feel attacked and you are not going to be happy because it seems like your club is being victimized.”

Everton received a 10-point deduction on November 17 earlier this season, the harshest punishment imposed by the Premier League in its history.
The Toffees fell to the bottom of the table, but it had a powerful effect on the team spirit.
Dyche oversaw a brilliant run of four consecutive Premier League wins – recovering 10 lost points and adding a couple more with 12 in total.
The 52-year-old summed it up well in December after a 2-0 win against Burnley: “Some people took some of that away and said, 'You've got to start again.' And so we did it.”
That run included a 2-0 win at Goodison Park over Chelsea and also a 3-0 win over Newcastle at home, in front of a roaring crowd.
As well as cheering on his team, there have been strong protests around the Premier League and this is likely to be amplified even further in light of his latest punishment.
For a club like Everton, where fans are extremely important to their identity, one positive is that the spirit of togetherness will be bulletproof for the rest of the season.
