Tyrone Mings posted a positive recovery video from an ACL injury and fans can't believe how much muscle he has lost in his right leg.

It appears that his right leg has muscle atrophy, which is a decrease in the size of muscle tissue due to lack of physical activity.

“When you see things like this, you realize how patient you have to be when footballers recover from long-term injuries – these guys are not robots,” said a fourth.
Mings played a crucial role in Villa's top seven finish in the Premier League last season, playing in all but three of their 38 games.
He is already in his fifth season at the club, although it remains to be seen if he will play again before the campaign ends.
Villa currently sit fourth in the league and have a real chance of securing Champions League qualification.
They are also qualified for the quarterfinals of the Europa Conference League, where they will face French side Lille.
