Gary Lineker was forced to stop an episode of his podcast after a comment from guest Michail Antonio sparked widespread laughter.
It seems that, regardless of status, men's gatherings consist of the same thing: football talk and silly, suggestive references.
And we wouldn't have it any other way!
For those younger ones already practicing it, don't be fooled into thinking that it dries out as you get older, it doesn't!
Ask a 63 year old. Linekerwhose most recent episode of The Rest is Football contained a moment where few would struggle to keep a straight face.
the outgoing Match of the day The presenter invited West Ham striker Antonio onto his show to talk all things football alongside broadcast colleague Micah Richards.
The discussion was going swimmingly until the topic turned to Antonio's physical constitution.
The Hammers striker is well known for his muscular physique, something that has helped him in his duels with Premier League defenders over the years.
When asked by Richards if he had always had a naturally large build, Antonio said: “No, I was always quite small and skinny when I was younger.”
But then things quickly took a turn when Antonio added: “It's actually crazy, until I was 15 I was 5 foot 5 and literally in one year I grew six inches… everywhere.”
Take from that what you will.
His comment baffled everyone, leaving them all in fits of laughter before Lineker responded, “It's kind of like what puberty does.”
Richards struggled to hold his ground as he told Lineker: “You started that Gaz.”
To which the former England striker replied: “I know, the problem is how I finish it.”
After a brief pause, Lineker did his best to get the show back to its original theme, but even that was too soon for him as he struggled to compose himself before launching into another cheeky comment.
“I don't know where to go from there,” he said. “I was going to say it's not just about the ups and downs of life!”
Things finally calmed down for the trio who went on to talk about life at West Ham and the ups and downs of Antonio's football journey.
Antonio has struggled for form this season at a failing West Ham side who sit 14th in the table.
The 34-year-old has only scored one goal and one assist in 11 games this season despite being used more than many would have expected.
This is due to the prolonged absence of summer signing Nicklas Fullkrug, who remains on the sidelines due to an Achilles injury.
Antonio has recently been linked with a January move to Turkish giants Galatasaray and his contract is due to expire next summer.
