Girona are looking to rebuild their ranks this summer, with a number of departures expected from this year's line-up. Probably none more crucial than Aleix Garcia and potentially Ivan Martin in their midfield. One of the targets they have identified to replace him is the star of Osasuna Aimar Oroz.
According to the Diario de Navarre, as reported by MD, Girona had an offer of 6 million euros rejected for Oroz. Los Rojillo have the 22-year-old tied until 2026, and he has a release clause of 28 million euros. The Catalan side do not come close to that figure, with their maximum spending limit for a player outlined at €12-15 million. Osasuna is happy with Oroz, and sees him as a key player to lead the team forward under Vicente Moreno.
Navarre is a feeling, a heritage, a history and a passion.
It is our land and identity. Yesterday, today and throughout the coming season.

After bursting onto the scene earlier, Oroz solidified his place as a starter and took the 10 shirt. However, his influence on the games was not what it was this season, and only three goal contributions of the year they speak to a campaign that was below the trajectory that he had made last year. However, the high esteem that Osasuna is clear Gerona have for him to show that he is on the right path.
