Aston Villa have three players going for glory in major international finals.
First, Ollie Watkins and Ezri Konsa will hope to feature as England take on Spain in the final of Euro 2024 in Berlin on Sunday evening (ko 8pm).
And a matter of hours later, Emi Martínez is aiming to capture back-to-back Copa América titles when Argentina face Colombia in Miami (ko 1am Monday, July 15).
Watkins and Konsa have both played their part in helping the Three Lions reach consecutive European Championship finals.
Konsa has featured in three of their six matches, putting in a standout display when he started the quarter-final against Switzerland.
Meanwhile, Watkins made the most of his nine minutes on the pitch in the semi-final, scoring a last-gasp winner versus the Netherlands.
Fellow Villan Martínez has continued to add to his reputation as the world’s best goalkeeper with his displays in the Copa América.
The 31-year-old has kept four clean sheets in five games, while also saving two penalties in the quarter-final victory against Ecuador.
