Freya Gregory has joined Southampton on loan for the 2024/25 campaign.
The left-sided player has made 31 appearances for Aston Villa Women since making her debut in 2021 and spent a portion of last season on loan at Reading.
The 21-year-old joins a Southampton side who finished fourth in the Barclays Women’s Championship last season.
Lee Billiard, Head of Women’s Football said: “Freya is now at a key stage of her development, and it is important she gets regular playing time.
“We believe this loan will be beneficial for Freya and it will also allow us to further evaluate her progress during competitive matches.
“We wish Freya and Southampton good luck for the coming season.”
