Footage of Lisandro Martínez celebrating Amad Diallo's dramatic winning goal against Liverpool has gone viral and fans are loving it.

After Amad scored the last-gasp winning goal in the final moments of extra time, the home crowd went into a frenzy, and not just the fans.

A video posted to social media showed Amad running towards the corner flag to celebrate after scoring as the entire Old Trafford stand trembled in exuberant joy with the fans.

Footage then showed Martinez, who was standing on a box and celebrating by shaking his fists as nearby fans reacted by trying to get closer to him.

Since the post was uploaded to social media, a version of the video has been viewed 190,000 times and has generated a huge reaction from United fans online.

One fan reacted by saying: “Man what a gem we have on our hands…the latest will go through brick walls for the team guy.”

And this fan wrote: “You can feel the passion… what a player.”

A third fan posted: “I love this guy. He's so passionate about everything. If most Man United players can be this passionate about their job then we're good to go.”

This fan said: “I will always be grateful that this boy plays for my club!”

Defender Martínez is currently injured and has already missed two months of action.

Lisandro Martínez was seen tackling Tottenham star Richarlison immediately after returning to the Manchester United squad.

However, the Argentine international is close to returning and could give Erik ten Hag a big boost towards the end of the season.

The defender injured his knee against West Ham in February and had recently recovered from a foot injury that had ruled him out for most of the season.

It has been an on-again, off-again campaign for the former. Ajax star, but was called up to the Argentine national team this month and, although he did not play, he trained with his international teammates and hopes to return to fitness before Brentford on Saturday.
