After England’s Euro 2024 final defeat, Harry Kane is holidaying with his family ahead of the 2024/25 season. Given an extended leave of absence, Max Eberl stated that the Englishman will return to the club’s Säbener Straße HQ next week ahead of training with the team.
Kane will then fly to London for Bayern Munich’s game against Tottenham Hotspur on August 10.
Speaking about Kane, Eberl said: “He’ll get everything he needs from our club.”
Kane enjoyed a record-breaking season at Bayern Munich last season, scoring 36 goals in 32 Bundesliga games, the 31-year-old’s highest tally in a domestic league. The Englishman scored 44 goals and created 12 in 45 games across all competitions for the Rekordmeister since his €95m transfer from Tottenham Hotspur last summer, but ultimately it ended up without any silverware.
Bayern Munich start their Bundesliga campaign in Wolfsburg before games against Freiburg, Holstein Kiel and Werder Bremen.
