Levy confirmed its existence on a fan forum, but declined to give many details.
A buyback clause sounds tempting for Tottenham, but the Daily Mail Sami Mokbel believes that it is not a simple clause.
He claims he is a first option to buy should Kane return to the Premier League, while Spurs would still have to agree a fee with Bayern.
So if Kane were to return to Tottenham at some point, Bayern could end up paying much less than the initial £82m they shelled out.
