Crystal Palace owner Steve Parish has admitted he would love to have Wilfried Zaha back at the club.
However, he admitted that a deal with Galatasaray is unlikely to be reached with just two weeks remaining in the transfer window.
Zaha He left the palace in a Free transfer last summer to join the Turkish Super League club, where he was finally able to play in the Champions League.
talkSPORT understands that the 31-year-old is desperate to return to the Premier League, but a deal is proving difficult.
Leicester had also been in talks with the winger, but the cost of a loan move was too high.

Speaking to talkSPORT's Sunday edition, Parish said: “I would go back with Wilf Zaha without hesitation. He's part of our club, part of our history, as I've said countless times.
“There are a few people who can lay claim to being at the heart of the club’s resurgence and Wilfried is certainly one of them.
“We have sometimes stayed in the division by force of their will, so of course we would do it.
“Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like that will be possible this summer for a number of reasons. We continue to wish him all the best and I am in contact with him from time to time.
“I'm glad to see that he had a good season last season.
“He fulfilled his dreams. He played in the Champions League, so it’s a great story for him, but of course if he was available, we would be interested.”
Zaha played 458 times for Palace in two different spells at the club, scoring 90 times.
Also on Parish's agenda was the discussion surrounding Marc Guehi.
The Eagles have rejected four transfer bids from Newcastle, with the most recent worth around £65m.
Parish said: “Marc is a great player and we are a club that has to accept that where we are now is often not where we are going.
“We are a place that people pass through and if we get the right offers for players, we have to look at them. We don’t have them at the moment.
“If we manage to do that, things can change, but right now Marc is a Palace player. I'm sure he'll be in the squad today and we're very happy to see him there.”
