“It doesn't look good” – Hansi Flick said about the injury update on the Barcelona star

Hansi Flick would have been pleased with the victory, had it not been for a late injury suffered by Marc Bernal. The 17-year-old was in serious pain after an incident in the latter stages of the match, and Flick confirmed to Movistar + (via AS Diary) that Barcelona are worried about their latest teenage star.

“Bernal is injured and doesn't look good. We'll see tomorrow. The victory is sad. Nobody is happy in the dressing room.

“We don't know anything about Bernal, we could only see him in the locker room. It hurts to see him like this because he had a great game. I just want to send him my best wishes.”

There was good news for Pedri, who was also forced with an injury after a strong challenge. Flick said that the 21-year-old, with whom Barcelona I would have feared the worst, all right.

“Pedri just suffered a strong blow, I think he's fine.”
