Manchester City have been asked to prepare the open-top bus parade following their comprehensive 4-0 win at Brighton.
City rioted at the Amex Stadium on Thursday night to overtake Liverpool into second place and move within one point of leaders Arsenal, with a game in hand.
Goals from Kevin De Bruyne, Julián Álvarez and a double from Phil Foden It gave City three precious points as the title race entered its final stages.
There was an ominous feeling about City's masterclass on the south coast, but there is still time for more twists and turns, with Arsenal also reach your peak form at the right time.
According to talkSPORT's resident Tottenham fan Jamie O'Hara, City's victory at Brighton was enough evidence to suggest that, despite all the Gunners' efforts, Pep Guardiola's men are already assured of the title.
“Arsenal have to play Spurs, it's an easy three points for Spurs,” O'Hara said cheekily to a jubilant but cautious city of manchester fan at the Sports Bar. “You have a game on your hands: everything is over, prepare the open-top bus parade.
“Just repair the Liverpool farewell tour bus and take it to Manchester, repair it and prepare the tour bus.”
The fan was not as optimistic as the talkSPORT presenter and predicted this season's title race would end in a final-day penalty shoot-out between City and Arsenal.
But co-host Jason Cundy admitted that the reigning champions appear to be in title-winning mode.
Cundy said: “That's the way it should be. Man City should get there at this stage of the season and win.”
“Maybe not as comfortably as they did. But they have their heads on the trophy. They have their eye on the prize. The eye of the tiger.
“They have their noses down. Do you think they might get into trouble in Brighton? Not today.”
City host West Ham on final day as Arsenal entertain Everton in the Emirates.
But there is still plenty of football to be played before then and this weekend's games could prove pivotal in determining the fate of this season's title.
Arsenal face north London rivals Tottenham on Sunday with no less than an acceptable three points if Mikel Arteta's side hope to end their 20-year title drought.
A home clash with Bournemouth follows before a possible blockbuster against manchester united at Old Trafford on the penultimate weekend of the season.
Meanwhile, City target the relegation hopefuls Nottingham Forest on Sunday before games against Wolves, Fulham and Tottenham.
