Manchester City striker Jack Grealish has admitted he still finds it difficult to answer a question from his mother.
The 28-year-old could have won the treble last season and been a key player for England, but that doesn't appease everyone.
Grealish became the most expensive British player of 2021 when join Man City from Aston Villa in a £100m deal but has since been overtaken by Declan Rice, who cost Arsenal £105m.
His first two seasons were a success at the Etihad, but the Three Lions star has endured a tough season plagued by several injuries.
He returned to action and his team tied 0-0 with Arsenal at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday afternoon, but received a reprimand of Pep Guardiola at full time.
And despite being adored by city man fans, it's the complete opposite when he plays away from home, and he can't understand it, and neither can his mother.

“I always think about it. I always ask myself, 'Why are they booing me?' – And my mom always asks me about that too,” she said.
“But I don't really know why it happens. Every away ground I go to now, I get booed and I'm not entirely sure why, I just have to try to take it as something positive or a compliment.”
Grealish has already won six trophies and his current employers have helped silence his critics.
He was part of his team's historic treble, helping Manchester City achieve their first win in the Champions League last campaign.
His team is still in search of three trophies this campaign, looking to win three trophies once against: the first division, Champions League and FA Cup.
Manchester City currently occupies third place in the English top flight, with 63 points, behind Arsenal and the league leader. Liverpool.
