Kai Havertz leaves with blood pouring from his head four days after a similar injury and receives a strange warning
Kai Havertz has suffered another bloody head injury playing for Arsenal, just four days since his last one.
The German had to come off the 1-0 Champions League defeat against Inter Milan on Wednesday after a The nasty collision left his head bleeding.
He had to give him stitches, but he recovered in time to start against Chelsea on Sunday.
But in the second half of the 1-1 draw at Stamford Bridge, Havertz had to go for treatment for other head wound after being reopened.
Chelsea's Marc Cucurella drew referee Michael Oliver's attention to the blood on Havertz's face, knowing that doing so would see the Gunners star sent off.
