Kylian Mbappé has requested 100 million euros from PSG and hopes that the bonuses will be fulfilled even after his move to Real Madrid as a new galactico.
According to L'Equipe, PSG withheld Kylian Mbappé's salary for April and May and also plans not to pay him for June. Mbappé's current contract will expire on June 30 and resolving this issue is crucial before then. The total amount the club owes Mbappé is approximately €100m (£84m).
The relationship between Mbappé and PSG has been turbulent since he refused to sign a contract extension at the start of the 2023/24 season. He was initially excluded from the first team but was later reinstated. Mbappé will now leave PSG on a free transfer to join Real Madrid, one of La Liga's top clubs.
L'Equipe approached the Ligue 1 champions for a statement on the issue, to which they responded that negotiations are taking place between the parties involved to address the situation.
Meanwhile, Kylian Mbappé represents France at Euro 2024. In the team's first match against Austria, he assisted the only goal of the tournament. However, he did not participate in the subsequent 0-0 draw against the Netherlands due to a broken nose.
