Barcelona has for the first time since before the pandemic returned to its salary limit, having accredited the sale of VIP seats for the next 20 years at Camp Nou to an amount of around 110 million euros. According to a report, they also have a verbal understanding registration Dani Olmo and Pau Victor as well.
However, there are conflicting pieces of information being reported. One matter that all reports seem to agree on is that Barcelona sent an informative email just before 23:00 CEST on Friday night updating La Liga and the Real Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) of their financial situation. The League has credited the first part of 60 million euros of that sale, and the club is now back in its salary limit say several reports.

Where the matter is less clear is on the recordings of Olmo and Victor, which was ultimately the purpose of the agreement. Marco report that despite that note, there has been no change in the enrollment situation, while Sport say that the League asked the lawyers of the RFEF to examine the case.
All sources agree that the RFEF has not received a request from the League to register Olmo and Victor, but RAC1 report that Barcelona had been verbally confirmed by the League that they will have both players registered. They say Barcelona are waiting for La Liga to do so, and could see the move on Saturday, with Barcelona directors leaving the club's offices shortly after midnight. MD they presented a report about half an hour later, where they specifically deny any verbal agreement between the League and Barcelona on registrations.

His information is that the president Joan Laporta could speak to the media this Sunday or Tuesday in Saudi Arabia for the Spanish Supercup to explain the situation. Without any progress on the registrations, as they say, Barcelona intends to bring the case to court next week or to the Ministry of Sport.
The real array of reports circulating late Friday night only seems to blur the reality of the situation, where the certainty seems to be only in terms of their salary cap situation. However, the case seems far from over. If Barcelona is able to sign Olmo and Victor, then La Liga is likely to face a significant backlash from other clubs. Barcelona are working on potential solutions if they are not, but Laporta will face his own reaction to the club if this is the case.
