The group, which was Liverpool', under-9 team, were tasked with hitting the crossbar from the edge of the penalty area, a task that might have been more difficult for many with three Premier League stars watching.

But in the clip, Tsimikas is in charge of not only supporting the young people from the band, but also offering them advice.

He told one boy: “Breathe deeply. You have to be focused to kick the ball, you already have it.”

For one child, the task was almost too easy as they performed a couple of kicks before smashing a volley against the crossbar, prompting Tsimikas, Diaz and Endo to run after him and lift him up to celebrate together.

But while the video was designed to be wholesome content for the club, it left fans joking about what the future holds for their team.

One fan wrote: “Two or three kids on this team could be the future legend.”

Another said: “The sheer joy of Kostas, Diaz and Endo when the lad hit the crossbar was brilliant.”

“He'll be a wonderful Liverpool kid one day,” declared another.

“The young talents and our future boys,” said another, while a final follower wrote: “The future is red.”

Tsimikas, known as the 'Greek Scouser', is a very popular player at Anfied and joined the club in 2020.

Dutch football journalist Marcel Van Der Kraan believes Liverpool manager Arne Slot will “eclipse” Manchester United's Erik Ten Hag and claims he has been doing “mind-blowing” things not seen in 35 years.

While playing second fiddle to Andy Robertson at left back, the 28-year-old still managed 16 assists in just 86 appearances for the club.

While it may be around ten years before these youngsters are ready for the first team, Liverpool will soon step up their preparations ahead of the new Premier League season.

Arne Slot's side will begin the new season on August 17 when they travel to take on newly promoted Ipswich at Portman Road.
