Liverpool's chances of signing Bologna defender Riccardo Calafiori may have improved. – Epl Fantasy

Bologna are determined to retain their defender, but Fabrizio Romano suggests it will be “almost impossible”. They anticipate important offers soon for Calafiori. Romano points out that Juventus has had the player's approval since May, but has not reached an agreement with Bologna.

Bologna would seek £42 million (€50 million), including bonuses. Marco Di Vaio, Bologna's sporting director, sees the interest as validation of its efficient operation.
