Manchester City star Erling Haaland on track to break record that has stood since before World War II
Erling Haaland is about to create more history as he looks set to break a 90-year-old international record.

Haaland has found the back of the net 32 times during Norway of his 35 international matches since his debut in 2019.
He is one of Jorgen Juve's 33, which have been in place since before the Second World War.
Juve's international career spanned between 1927 and 1938, where he played 45 times for the Scandinavian nation.
His 33rd international goal came in 1934, and the former Basel marksman failed to score in the next 18 games.
Although that is because Juve was used largely as a defender in his final years with Norway, where he captained his country and won a bronze medal at the 1936 Berlin Olympics.
Of the 211 nations affiliated with FIFA, Norway's all-time individual record as top scorer is the oldest.
But Juve's record could finally be equaled – or surpassed – by Haaland during the October international break.
Norway faces Slovenia and Austria in the Nations League, and Haaland scored the winning goal against the latter in their previous meeting last month.
And if Haaland were to score in either game on Thursday or Sunday, he would equal or eclipse Juve's total in fewer appearances.
Haaland is one of two players who have entered the list of Norway's top five scorers in the 21st century.
Einar Gundersen scored 26 goals for the Lions during his 11 years with the national team between 1917 and 1928.
Meanwhile, Harald Hennam scored 25 goals between 1949 and 1960.
And completing the top five is Aston Villa cult hero Jon Carew, who scored 24 goals across two centuries from 1998 to 2011.
If Haaland manages to score during the October break, it would be one of the few records he has already set this season.
His hat-trick on matchday two against Ipswich extended his own goals-against record. the 23 first-class teams has faced.
He followed it up with another hat-trick at West Ham, surpassing the feat of most goals scored by a player in a team's first three games in a Premier League campaign (seven).
