Manchester United begins internal talks on the signing of De Ligt
According to the journalist Florian Plettenberg, manchester united have begun internal discussions over a move for Bayern Munich defender Matthijs de Ligt this summer.
The Red Devils are currently in negotiations with Everton about him transfer by Jarrad Branthwaite. They have already agreed personal terms with English and recently made a formal offer for him.
