Mauricio Pochettino will consider leaving Chelsea if he is not given more say in the Club's transfer policy, talkSPORT understands.
Pochettino's future at Stamford Bridge remains in doubt despite a strong finish to the season that saw the Blues claim sixth place on the final day.
The Argentine, whose contract expires next summer, will meet with co-owners Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali this week to review the season and discuss the Blues' summer plans.
As talkSPORT previously reported, Pochettino was frustrated by his lack of involvement in recruitment over the last two transfer windows.
He also wants to keep Conor Gallagherbut Boehly and Eghbali are open to offers for the England midfielder to help balance the PSR's restrictions.
Pochettino faced huge pressure this season after Chelsea's dismal start to the season, which saw them drop to the bottom half of the table.
But a late-season surge helped clear the cloud over Stamford Bridge and saw Chelsea snatch sixth place and a place in next season's Europa League if Manchester City win in the FA Cup final on Saturday.
