With so much attention on Mbappé's big night in Majorca, Real Madrid looked the course for a routine victory, as Rodrygo Goes fired home a first pass.
However, as the visitors failed to find that important second goal either side of the break, they left themselves vulnerable to an equaliser.
Mallorca stayed in the game in the second half and See Muriqi powered home an imposing header to drag the host level.
The home side dug in late, and created chances to win the game at the break, but they were happy to take a point against the defending champions.
