Micky van de Ven looks to rival Olympic 100m pace with stunning run for Tottenham in win over Everton
Micky van de Ven once again proved why he is the fastest player in Premier League history after recording a stunning assist in Tottenham's win over Everton.

Van de Ven, who hit a top speed of 37.38km/h last season to break the top-flight record, quickly transformed defence into attack.

Breaking down his time, he would have reached 80m in around 7.8 seconds, just two seconds faster than Van de Ven is estimated to have run.
While Spurs were able to easily get the better of Everton, it was Van de Ven's impressive speed that proved to be the big talking point on social media.
