Valencia could lose several of their biggest assets this summer. Giorgi Mamardashvili has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League, and now Javi Guerra could also be on the exit ramp.
Earlier this week, it was reported that Barcelona sports director Deco held discussions with the War agent, and now Naples show an interest in the 20-year-old midfielder, as reported by AS Diary. Like Barcelona, they also opened contact with the youth representatives.
Napoli believe Guerra fits perfectly into incoming manager Antonio Conte's plans. The Serie A side are looking for a complete, quality, young midfielder, and the Spain U21 international fits that description very well.
The report says that Valencia will seek to receive 25 million euros for Guerra, although he has a release clause of 100 million euros. It remains to be seen whether he ends up moving away from Los Che, but it would be a huge blow for manager Ruben Baraja if that ends up being the case.
