John Stones' last-minute equaliser sparked chaotic scenes in the dugout

Despite Leandro Trossard being sent off for Arsenal, it was not until the eighth minute of added time that John Stones equalised.

That equaliser sparked chaos as Manchester City physiotherapist Federico Genevesi ran from the technical area onto the pitch to celebrate the crucial equaliser.

He made his way onto the pitch and stood on the halfway line before being called back to the bench by another member of Pep Guardiola's support team.

As he made his way back to his seat, tempers flared between players and staff, with Genevesi staying out of any further drama.

Mikel Arteta was not involved in the drama as he watched from the sidelines.

Genevesi was then given a telling-off by one of the officials, before referee Michael Oliver rushed in to caution the Italian physiotherapist for his antics.

It wasn't just Manchester City's physiotherapist who was involved in the drama after Stones' goal.

Erling Haaland had a Meeting Arsenal debutant Myles Lewis-Skelly.

The Norwegian striker clashed with Gabriel Magalhaes, before the 17-year-old stepped in to defend his team-mate.

Haaland appeared to repeatedly say to the teenager “who the hell are you?”

Ilkay Gundogan was also involved, separating the couple.

Ben White and Jakub Kiwior were also involved as they defended Lewis-Skelly and Gabriel.

But after Haaland bounced the ball off Gabriel's head when he wasn't looking. Arsenal legend Ian Wright I wasn't happy.

He said: “You know what really infuriated me? Haaland's cowardly action.”

“I saw him well this morning, throwing the ball at Gabi's head when he's not looking, when his back is turned.

“What a cowardly gesture. Gabi would look you in the eyes.

“I see him as a very good defender versus striker for the next few years, I love watching them both, and then you're making a cowardly move like that.

“No, man, that’s what bothers me the most. I thought you were bigger than that, bro. I thought you were bigger than that.”

That point means Manchester City remain top of the Premier League with 13 points from 15, while Arsenal sit two points behind them in fourth.
