No more signings: Barcelona end their transfer business as financial problems prevent further additions
Barcelona have been desperate to sign at least one more player this week, given the serious lack of depth they have in central defense and central midfield after a number of injury strikes. However, his well-documented financial problems make it difficult to add him to Hansi Flick's squad before Friday's deadline.
As things stand, the only additions to the first team will be Pau Victor and Dani Olmo. The latter signed almost three weeks ago, but due to the club's lack of departures, it could only be registered on Monday.
