Tottenham faces a winter of discontent in December.
As well as the Chelsea and Liverpool games, Spurs travel to Bournemouth, Southampton and Nottingham Forest before finishing the month against Wolves.
The first North London derby of the season sees them welcome Arsenal in early September before heading to the Emirates on January 14. Before that, however, there is Newcastle ten days early.
Drawn 2-2 at Brentford on the opening weekend of last season, Tottenham enjoyed an electric start as they went 10 games unbeaten under Ange Postecoglu.
As a result, Spurs led the Premier League with 26 points from 30 available as the campaign progressed into November.
While that impressive form waned, Postecoglou's side managed to secure a fifth-place finish to win the Europa League this season.
Having been relegated to fourth place by Aston Villa, the north London side will be hoping to improve this time around and secure the Champions League.

To address complaints about congested match schedules that have dominated conversations in previous seasons, the Premier League says arrangements will be made to allow more rest time during three of the rounds of festive matches.
No club will play within 60 hours of another match and there will be no match on December 24.
The mid-season break was also removed from the calendar to allow for a mid-August Premier League start date.
