Nottingham Forest are reportedly due to generate £20m in transfer sales by the end of the month.
The forest was four points were deducted by the Premier League last season for breaching the league's sustainability and profit rules.
Despite the penalty, the East Midlands team secured their survival in the top flight by finishing in 17th place.
But to respect financial rules, Daily Telegraph reports that Forest need to raise £20m by June 30.
While this sales figure is lower than initially thought, the club is still at risk of breaking the rules again.
However, Forest appears “relaxed” with the situation and intends to reach the required sum before the end of the month.
One move that will go ahead is the transfer of Orel Mangala to Lyon for £25m, a fee Forest have already factored into their plans for the financial year.
Morgan Gibbs-White and Murillo are seen as the club's two most desirable players and it is said that a sale may have to be sanctioned “to ensure financial stability” in the future.
But Forest could also reach the required £20m through departures of fringe players this summer.
Matt Turner, Odysseas Vlachodimos, Joe Worrall, Lewis O'Brien, Josh Bowler and Emmanuel Dennis are said to be available.
While Forest need to make sales, they may also be prepared to welcome newcomers before the start of next season.
The report says they could consider a new move for Crystal Palace goalkeeper Sam Johnstone and scouted Corinthians' Carlos Miguel last season.
As well as this, talkSPORT understands that Forest could beat Wolves in the race for sign Che Adams.
They have offered a better overall package than Wolves, with Adams available on a free transfer this summer when his Southampton contract expires at the end of the month.
