According to Florian Plettenberg, Paris Saint-Germain are looking to sign Eintracht Frankfurt defender Willian Pacho.
It is understood that the French champions hold concrete interest in Pacho, and talks with the Ecuadorian defender have already started.
As well as this, Die Adler have been informed of PSG’s interest in the 22-year-old, who played every minute of Ecuador’s run to the Copa America quarter-finals.
Despite the former Royal Antwerp defender’s contract with the Eagles being valid until 2028, it is believed that Pacho is keen on a move to Paris.
Nevertheless, with four years still remaining on his deal at the Deutsche-Bank-Park, it is expected that Frankfurt will be able to generate a lucrative fee for his services.
Since arriving in Frankfurt last summer from the Belgium Pro League, Pacho has gone on to make 44 appearances for Die Adler, keeping eleven clean sheets and registering two assists in the process.
