Edin Terzić is expected to name the same Borussia Dortmund lineup that beat Werder Bremen on Saturday when they host PSV in the Champions League Round of 16 second-leg tomorrow night.
BVB come into this game level with PSV (1-1) with three changes expected from the team that drew at the Philips Stadion three weeks ago. Gregor Kobel returns following an adductor injury, Niklas Süle has since replaced Mats Hummels in the starting lineup but because of Nico Schlotterbeck’s suspension, Hummels will start, while Marco Reus will likely find a place on the bench.
Julian Ryerson missed Borussia Dortmund’s final training session on Tuesday but according to Ruhr Nachrichten, there’s still hope within the BVB camp that the Norwegian will start.
Donyell Malen is in excellent form with five goals in his last four games across all competitions. The Dutchman will start against his former club alongside Jadon Sancho and Julian Brandt, who should complement Niclas Füllkrug in attack.
Predicted Borussia Dortmund XI vs PSV
Gregor Kobel – Julian Ryerson, Niklas Süle, Mats Hummels, Ian Maatsen – Emre Can, Marcel Sabitzer – Donyell Malen, Julian Brandt, Jadon Sancho – Niclas Füllkrug
