According to Florian Plettenberg, Paris Saint-Germain have opened talks with Bayern Munich over the signing of Kingsley Coman.
It has previously been reported that Der Rekordmeister are willing to offload Coman this summer.
It is believed that Bayern are hoping to loan Coman out for the 2024–25 campaign due to his high salary, but the record champions would consider including an obligation or option to buy clause in any loan move for the Frenchman.
However, thus far, the only side to show concrete interest in the Frenchman have been Fenerbahçe, but their approach was quickly rejected by Coman.
Nevertheless, PSG, Barcelona, and Manchester City have all stated their intent to possibly lure the 28-year-old away from Bavaria before the end of the transfer window.
Regardless, at this stage, PSG are the side leading the race, having recently opened talks with Bayern and Coman himself.
It is understood that the talks between the two clubs are not advanced, but there is certainly a high chance that Coman will ply his trade in the French capital for the upcoming campaign.
