Aston Villa’s unbeaten September has been recognised with nominations for all four of the Premier League’s monthly awards.
Unai Emery’s team picked up seven points from a possible nine to earn him a place on the Manager of the Month shortlist.
The Villa manager is up against Mikel Arteta (Arsenal), Enzo Maresca (Chelsea), Marco Silva (Fulham) and Arne Slot (Liverpool) for the award.

After bagging four goals and one assist, Ollie Watkins is up for Player of the Month.
The striker netted a brace to kickstart his side’s 3-2 comeback victory against Everton before also scoring against Wolverhampton Wanderers and Ipswich Town.

Jhon Durán’s incredible strike at home to the Toffees has been nominated for Goal of the Month.
The striker let fly from distance and sent a sublime effort past Jordan Pickford to net the winner at Villa Park.
Goal of the Month
Completing the quartet of awards nominations is Emi Martínez, who is up for Save of the Month.
The Argentine made a number of great stops throughout September but has been recognised for his 1v1 save from Ipswich’s Liam Delap in the first half of our 2-2 draw at Portman Road.
