Raphael Varane has confirmed that he has played his last game for Manchester United.
The French international has sent a message of thanks to fans after revealing that he will leave at the end of the season when his contract expires.

And, after three years at Old Trafford, his contract expires and the decision has been made not to renew it.
In an emotional video on the club's website, Varane, who is currently on the sidelines and unavailable for selection, said: “It has been an incredible few years playing for this special club and wearing that shirt.
“I fell in love with the club and the fans. You have to play for Man United to understand what that represents.
“Even though we have had a difficult season, I am very positive for the future. “The new owners come with a clear plan and a great strategy.”
United's final home game of the season will take place on Wednesday night when they play Newcastle, where Varane will bid a tearful farewell to the fans.
He added: “I'll see you all at Old Trafford to say goodbye to the last home game of the season. It's going to be a very emotional day for me.”
Varane has made 93 appearances for the Red Devils after arriving from Real Madrid in the summer of 2021 with injuries plaguing his stay at the club.
The World Cup winner will be unfit for United's final games of the season but will still be on the pitch to say goodbye.
A united statement He said: “Everyone at United thanks Rapha for his service and wishes him the best for the future.”
