As reported via Fabrizio Romano, RB Leipzig are set to sign Antonio Nusa from Club Brugge.
After Dani Olmo’s transfer to Barcelona was finalised, there were question marks surrounding how Die Roten Bullen would look to replace the Euro 2024 winner.
With interest in PSV Eindhoven’s Johan Bakayoko, it was reported that Leipzig were looking to bring in a winger who could cut inside rather than a number ten, which would have been more of an identical replacement for Olmo.
Nevertheless, it appears as though Marco Rose’s side have identified their preferred target, which is Club Brugge’s Nusa.
As stated in the report, there is a total agreement between the two clubs over a permanent deal for the promising 19-year-old, with Leipzig paying the Belgian side €20–22.5 million.
As well as this, Nusa has agreed personal terms with Die Roten Bullen, where he will sign a five-year deal with the club until 2029.
Last season, Nusa featured 46 times for Club Brugge, scoring three goals and collecting three assists, averaging a goal contribution every 368 minutes.
