According to ABC (via ED), Roca has agreed terms and a contract length with Betis ahead of a return this summer. If Leeds remain in the Championship, then the clause in his contract that ensures he should be allowed to leave on loan will come into place, and he could return in that capacity. If Leeds are promoted, then Roca has a deal in place, and Betis must find one with the Yorkshire club.
