Real Madrid are increasingly certain to sign Leny Yoro ahead of Manchester United and Liverpool

Real Madrid are pushing ahead in their bid to sign a new centre-back, with Nacho Fernandez and Rafa Marin set to leave the club imminently. His chosen target is Leny Yoro, the 18-year-old sensation from Lille, who has also attracted the interest of Manchester United, Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain.

An agreement will be sought in the coming weeks, and second AS DiaryReal Madrid hope to have a deal in place before the start of their pre-season schedule, which gets underway in mid-July.

Yoro is out of contract at Lille in 2025, and although there was a consideration of waiting to get him for free, Real Madrid discarded this option, and instead go full throttle to sign him now. The problem is that Lille demands 70 million euros, although the intention of the Blancos is to pay no more than 40 million euros.
