Real Madrid are planning a new approach to sign Alphonso Davies

It has already been a good summer for Real Madrid, after the confirmation of the arrival of Kylian Mbappe after the expiration of his contract with Paris Saint-Germain. There should be more to come during the transfer window, with the possibility of two defenders arriving at the Santiago Bernabeu.

A central defender will be sought, and Los Blancos' target on that front is Leny Yoro. Also, Alphonso Davies remains an option that could be explored this summer, rather than waiting for his contract with Bayern Munich to expire in 2025.

Despite the fact that Real Madrid intends to renew Ferland Mendy's contract in the coming weeks, AS Diary they say new talks will take place between Los Blancos and Bayern once the 23-year-old's participation in the Copa America ends.

Real Madrid they've been following Davies' performance in the US, and hope to bring him back themselves for their pre-season tour, which kicks off at the end of the month. However, there is no rush as the club's owners are more than happy to continue counting on Mendy and Fran Garcia.
