Raphael Varane and Casemiro could make a bold return from Manchester United to Real Madrid this summer
With United undergoing a host of changes in the coming months, the Premier League giants are expected to sell players to make room for new arrivals in a major shake-up.
New minority owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe plans to reduce the wage budget, before evaluating incoming options in Manchester, as part of his plans.
According to reports from ESPN11 first team players could be sold before the 2024/25 campaign, including Varane and Casemiro.
However, despite the interest of the Saudi Pro League in the pair, both players could return to Madrid, if a transfer agreement is presented, via Fichajes.net.
Casemiro is contracted to United until 2026, with an option for a further 12 months added, with Varane's deal until 2025, and Real Madrid will push for a reduced transfer deal in both cases, with United keen to sell the duo.
