Real Madrid expected to make no more signings this summer

As things stand, Real Madrid's squad for next season will be smaller than the one that ended the previous campaign in June. Kepa Arrizabalaga, Nacho Fernandez, Toni Kroos and Joselu Mato have all left this summer, with only Kylian Mbappe and Endrick Felipe arriving at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Real Madrid had hoped that a further signing would come, which was Leny Yoro, but he joined Manchester United last week. Despite this, there are no plans to sign another centre-back, despite Nacho's departure.

In fact, AS Diary say that there are no more plans planned by the sports department of Real Madrid. The only possible arrival could be Kepa Arrizabalaga (if Andriy Lunin leaves) and a low-cost central defender (provided an acceptable one becomes available).

If the latter does not happen, Real Madrid will enter the 2024-25 season with just 22 first-team players – despite the fact that Carlo Ancelotti's side will be competing in six competitions, including the new 32-team Club World Cup, scheduled for next summer .
