Real Madrid is now in the red zone, as the injuries in the back arise. In addition to Eder Militao's cruel ACL injury on Saturday, Lucas Vazquez and Rodrygo goes they were also forced. Los Blancos confirmed his injuries on Monday.
Vazquez suffered a left hamstring injury, which will keep him out for a month, as per AS Diary. The 33-year-old, who captained the team on Saturday, will miss the games against Leganes (A), Liverpool (A), Getafe (H), Athletic (A), Girona (H) and Atalanta (A). It leaves Carlo Ancelotti without a natural right-wing option, and it looks like he will be forced to use either Fede Valverde, as happened at the weekend, or call on 17-year-old Jesus Fortea.
“The idea was for Tah to go to Bayern, they really wanted to sign him. He wanted to take part in the transfer of the transfer to Leverkusen. Unfortunately, Leverkusen asked too much. Next summer he will go to a big club. “

Meanwhile Rodrygo damaged his right hamstring, an injury from which he has returned. He is expected to be out for between a month and six weeks, and could miss the six ties above, plus Rayo Vallecano (A), the Club World Cup in Qatar, and Sevilla (H). This would mean the rest of the year for the Brazilian, although Real Madrid tend to give longer estimates for his recovery times.
Especially for their travels in the Champions League, perhaps the most difficult of their schedule of the league phase, the Blancos will be without a proven right back. Ancelotti faces a tough job as it is, but the Italian will have to continue to put out the fire in defence. That said, up front he has more options, with Brahim Diaz and Arda Guler able to replace Rodrygo.
