Reece James confirms Chelsea return with Blues captain in line for first appearance in 2024 against Nottingham Forest

Reece James has announced that he is finally fit to feature to give Chelsea a huge boost ahead of their clash against Nottingham Forest.

Boss Mauricio Pochettino He hinted that the 24-year-old could be available to face Forest in his pre-match press conference on Friday.

He commented: “The most important thing is that he (James) is there with us.

“Always having your captain is a big boost. We have an incredible relationship and he is an incredible player.

“It's not easy when you come back from a long-term injury. If he can play five, ten, 15, 20 (minutes) or half an hour, it would be fantastic.”
