The list of released players for this season's Premier League has been confirmed and many big-name stars are moving on.

Tottenham confirmed the departure of veteran defender Eric Dier on Wednesday, with the defender set to join Bayern Munich permanently this summer.

Meanwhile, Chelsea I left Thiago Silva rejoins Brazilian side Fluminense after the end of their deal.

With many top clubs conscious of respecting the Premier League's spending laws, decent free agents could be like gold dust this transfer window.

Leicester face the threat of starting the season with a point deductionwhile Everton and Nottingham Forest were also docked points this campaign to break the rules of Profit and Sustainability.

Meanwhile, Manchester City have been accused of violating FFP rules about 100 times from 2009 to 2018.

Everton's Andre Gomes is also available and would do well alongside former Nottingham Forest midfielder Cheikhou Kouyate to form the midfield trio.

An honorable mention for fellow midfielder Mohamed Elneny, who has left the arsenal after eight years at the Emirates Stadium.

Newcastle are also parting ways with right winger Matt Ritchie, who would be a great option on the right for this XI.

On the other side will be Ryan Sessegnonwho was released by Tottenham on Wednesday after a campaign marked by injuries.
