Rio Ferdinand has expressed his opinion on Ruud van Nistelrooy's departure from Manchester United.
The Dutch temporarily took charge of red devils following Erik ten HagLast month he returned to his former club as an assistant on a two-year contract.
Despite remaining undefeated in his four games as interim head coach, winning three, the club announced on Monday that van Nistelrooy would not be part of the new boss Ruben AmorimThe technical team.
His departure occurred on the same day that Amorim officially assumed his position. new roleafter his arrival Sporting Lisbon.
It was also confirmed that fellow coaches René Hake, Jelle ten Rouwelaar and Pieter Morel have left alongside the former United striker.
In his place, the Portuguese coach will be accompanied by assistants Carlos Fernandes, Adelio Candido and Emanuel Ferro, as well as goalkeeping coach Jorge Vital and sports scientist Paulo Barreira.
All of the new signings worked with Amorim at Sporting, while the former Red Devils midfielder Darren Fletcher will remain part of the coaching staff as a technical coach.

As well as overseeing a fruitful spell in temporary charge, the 48-year-old scored 150 goals in 219 games for the English giants and lifted the Premier League title in 2003.
He said: “I would keep it 100 per cent, but I think it's very difficult.
“I think (for) the manager it is not an easy transition to come in and have, sitting next to you on the bench at Old Trafford, one of the most prolific strikers (in the club's history).
“The fans love him. They loved him before (his interim period), they love him even more now.
“And with any change in results or obstacles along the way, they will say let's get Ruud as coach.”
After taking interim charge of the Red Devils, Van Nistelrooy revealed that he planned to return to his assistant manager role once the club had chosen a permanent head coach.

While carrying out his role as interim coach, the former Dutch international imposes himself leicester in both the Premier League and EFL Cup, as well as a 2-0 Europa League win against PAOK.
The only points they lost came in a league match against the third-place team. Chelseawhich ended with a 1-1 draw at Old Trafford.
Despite his impressive run, Amorim's arrival means the Dutch manager will continue his coaching journey elsewhere.
And Ferdinand believes vVn Nistelrooy has more than earned the right to be considered for managerial vacancies elsewhere after his time at United.
He said: “I think when those jobs come up now, he will be on that list.
“And I think if I'm him, I'm like, 'I'm not in western hamBut when these jobs come up, if I want to go, I go, don't get in my way. Because I have earned the right.'
“He has coached in Holland (at PSV), he has played four games here. “I know it's only short term, but he's shown that he can really galvanize a locker room.”
