Rubén Amorim thinks he knows what to expect from the English media.
The Sporting Lisbon coach will arrive manchester united on November 11, attempting to turn around a club that has been struggling for consistency since the departure of Sir Alex Ferguson in 2013.
The 39-year-old replaces the fired man Erik ten Hag and will be the Red Devils' 10th different coach in 11 years, but there is hope he will finally be the one.
With an impressive resume and having been the first non-Glazer family appointment this century, Amorim could succeed where others fail, but he is well aware that he will be judged quickly.
Amorim, who will remain in charge until the international break on November 11, has a chance to impress when Sporting face city of manchester in the Champions League.

Many English eyes will be on that confrontation, and the Portuguese believes that extreme conclusions will be drawn no matter what happens.
“The focus is on winning the game for Sporting, after that, the inferences that people draw from this game are not important to me because they could be misleading,” he said.
“If the result is negative, expectations will drop; If we win they will think that the new Alex Ferguson has arrived (laughs).
“What interests me is winning, a good farewell in Alvalade, winning in Braga and starting a new adventure in Manchester.
“What I want is to make the fans and my players happy for what is coming in the new season.”
As expected, Amorim's press conference included a lot of questions about United, but he made sure to set out where his thoughts currently lie.
When it was put to him again that United fans would be watching the City game, he said: “I'm not thinking about that. Tomorrow I will be coach of Sporting and only Sporting, starting on the 11th I will be coach of United.
“I know they will draw conclusions from this result, but I don't care much, I am the coach of Sporting.
“I understand the interest, but for me it's just one more game against a team from the best league in the world.”
Amorim is not the only person at Sporting who does not want to think about United, since the club's captain, Morten Hjulmand, is already thinking about beyond the Manchester team stealing their coach.
When asked how difficult his departure will be, he replied: “It's a challenge to win the championship without him, that's the main thing this season.”
“Life goes on and we want to show that we don't need it anymore.”
