Saido Berahino joins his fifth club in two years to join a second division team in Asia
Saido Berahino swapped Europe for Asia to join Indian second-division side Rajasthan United.
It is the 31 years oldHis fifth club in two years since leaving Stoke in 2019.

Before his time in the Mediterranean, he had represented Belgian teams Zulte Waregem and Charleroi.
While he also enjoyed a productive loan spell at Sheffield Wednesday during the 2021/22 campaign, he found the back of the net eight times in 29 League One outings.
And now he is ready to embark on a new adventure in a different continent by joining Rajasthan.
He will be hoping to guide them to the top flight of Indian football for the first time in their history.
Berahino shared a mock image of himself in Rajasthan colours and the I-League championship on his Instagram Story.
The Burundian international, who has 18 caps, titled his post simply saying: “One goal.”
Rajasthan chairman Krishan Kumar Tak has expressed his delight at bringing the centre-forward to the club.
He said: “We are excited to welcome Saido Berahino to Rajasthan United FC.
“His experience in top-flight football, including over 100 Premier League appearances, brings a new level of quality and professionalism to our squad.

“This signing is a statement of our ambition and a clear indication that we are here to compete at the highest level.
We believe that Saido’s presence will not only strengthen our team, but will also inspire our young players and fans across the country.”
Berahino has struggled for consistency in his career since joining Tottenham in 2015. fail.
He had just finished a season in which he scored 20 goals in all competitions for West Brom, with 14 in the Premier League.
And Berahino earlier this year blamed Spurs chairman Daniel Levy for ruining your move north of London.
After refusing to meet the Baggies' £30m valuation, Tottenham opted out of the deal on deadline day, and Berahino has yet to reach double digits in a single season since.
Commenting on the failed transfer in a Q&A on X, Berahino said: “Right, Spurs' payments were unacceptable and West Brom wanted £30m.
“But Levy would pay £1.5m and the rest in instalments.”
Asked how close he was to pulling on a Spurs shirt, he said: “90 per cent.”
