Mail strikes Samu Omorodion sent criticism of his former club Atletico Madrid after scoring four goals against Malta for the Spanish under-21 team, claiming that they do not feel good enough. Omorodion is also averaging just over a goal every hour with Porto, with seven strikes.
The 20-year-old explained that only General Manager Carlos Bucero spoke to him before his exit to Porto, and also questioned the idea that he was not forced to train only by the club. However, the war of words continued, after the contents of some of Omorodion's messages to Diego Simeone were leaked. Relief.
Omorodion allegedly sent Simeone WhatsApps suggesting he was anxious to leave the club. These sentences were not the whole message, but a part of it, which means they are out of context.
“At this point in my career, I do not consider staying at the club to be the best option. I pray that they allow my departure to other teams. The Premier is my big dream.”
Samu Omorodion responds to claims made by @rubenuriawho said the following:
“It is a lie that Samu trained separately at Atlético Madrid.”
“The story I was told is not like that.”
“Atleti sent a doctor to London to make sure he was healthy.”

For months, it was said that Atletico were keen to keep Omorodion, and Madrid outlets said they were confident of doing so until he changed agents in the summer. From that point, that confidence was removed, and after the messages, the club and Simeone, with whom the messages did not go well, decided to allow him to leave.
The young forward was on the verge of joining Chelsea, before talks broke down at the last moment. In the final stages of the window, Omorodion joined Porto in a €15m deal for 50% of his rights.
Without context, it's impossible to judge exactly what Omorodion's intentions were, bearing in mind that they seem like strange things to say to your boss. If they were approved of anything, then Simeone or the decision of the club seems a little more understandable.
