2024/25 season tickets - three days to go

There’s just three days remaining until the season ticket renewal window closes for general admission and GA+ Terrace View!

Our fixtures ahead of a hugely exciting and historic 2024/25 have been released, with Aston Villa playing Champions League football alongside competing in the Premier League in what will be our 150th anniversary campaign.

Season ticket holders will have priority access to away and cup tickets, including Champions League, and can take advantage of an eight-month interest-free payment option, subject to acceptance.

There’s no better time to be a Villan – secure your seat for all the action!

General admission season tickets are now open for renewal via the online renewal portal. The renewal window will close at midnight on Sunday, June 23. Following consultation with the Club’s Fan Advisory Board, the Club has agreed to limit the price increase on an adult season ticket to 5%.

Please note, if you wish to relocate your seat for the 2024/25 season, you must first renew your season ticket. Once renewed, you will have the option to choose a new seat during the relocation window from July 9-11 via phone.

The redevelopment of Villa Park will unfortunately result in the displacement of approximately 900 existing season tickets in the North, Doug Ellis and Trinity Road stands. These supporters will be prioritised ahead of any tickets going on general sale. The Club understands that this will be a difficult process but are committed to working with those fans impacted to ensure they are accommodated as quickly as possible.

Aston Villa would not be the Club it is without the continued support of our incredible community. We look forward to welcoming you back for another incredible season at Villa Park.

Season Ticket FAQs

Prices went up by 15% last year, why is Aston Villa increasing baseline ticket prices?

Aston Villa’s operating expenses have gone up drastically to fuel the success of the Club. We’ve been driving revenue through increased broadcasting, sponsorship, and commercial earnings, but for Aston Villa to keep performing on the global stage in the way it has, we can’t rely on these alone and have to look at additional avenues. The ticket price increases, which are well below the average Premier League increase this season, are part of a club-wide effort to continue supporting and investing in our performance on the pitch and provide fans with an amazing atmosphere and experience at Villa Park.

How do our ticket price increases compare to other clubs?

Of the increases already announced by other clubs, this is below the average, and unlike many other Premier League Clubs, an Aston Villa season ticket remains cheaper than purchasing a ticket to each game individually.

Why are these changes taking place?

The development plan across the whole of Villa Park with the overall aim of offering fans more choices of premium seats at a range of price points and creating one of the best fan experiences in football, while its income will contribute to investing in our on-the-pitch successes to ensure we continue to compete at the highest level. These changes aren’t making changes for the sake of it, and the fans are at the heart of every decision the Club makes.

These changes are not fair to me who is a loyal season ticket holder?

We are so grateful for your continued support of the Club and understand the impact that the seat adjustment and movements will have on your matchday experience. While these changes are being made to benefit the fan base as a whole and deliver results on the pitch, we are sorry this has affected your seat. We’re doing everything in our power to make things right and find you the best alternative seat. We will have a seat for you next season. You will be prioritized for any unrenewed and/or available seats and will also receive an £80 club shop voucher for the inconvenience.

Can family members unaffected by the stadium redevelopments relocate their season tickets at the same time as those who no longer have a seat?

The dedicated relocation windows are specifically for season ticket holders who no longer have a seat. Those family members whom they want to move with will need to wait for the traditional relocation window.

How are season tickets being fulfilled this year?

All season tickets this season will be digital and supporters can add their digital season ticket to an Apple or Google wallet as an NFC pass. Season Ticket Holders who wish for a physical card instead will need to fill out a form on the website stating the reason for the need for a season ticket. Applicable reasons why would be if someone has a medical condition, or a supporter doesn’t have a smartphone. This card would then be sent out free of charge. Any future reprint would entail a charge as per previous seasons.

When do supporters receive their digital season ticket?

This will not be available to download straight after purchase. Supporters will receive a link to their digital season ticket to add it to an Apple or Google wallet before the start of the new season.

When will seasonal car parking be available for renewal?

Car park season ticket holders will receive a separate communication detailing the renewal details.

Will we require any POA (Proof of Age) or Proof of Armed Forces?

For supporters who need to provide P.O.A or Armed Forces, we will send a link and ask them to upload the documents requested.

What Eligibility Proof is required for disabled/wheelchair user supporters?

Some of our disabled and wheelchair user supporters will find that they cannot renew their season tickets online. This may be due to their eligibility proof having expired and we require updated proof to confirm they are still eligible for the concession or a personal assistant.

Will the cup scheme be available for season ticket holders to sign up for?

There will be a cup scheme for season ticket holders to sign up for, specifically for Champions League matches. There will no longer be a cup scheme for domestic cup matches and season ticket holders will need to purchase tickets separately. Supporters who are part of the cup scheme will not be able to have tickets refunded for tickets once they are debited.

Are those season ticket holders who no longer have a seat to renew restricted from moving just in their existing stand?

As per the letter that displaced season ticket holders have received, once the main season ticket renewal window closes on Sunday, June 23, the season ticket holders who no longer have a seat renewed will be prioritised for any unrenewed and/or available seats in your current stand. Therefore, if you want to relocate to a different stand, you will need to purchase a season ticket in your current stand and then relocate during the general relocation window.

What is the process for season ticket holders who have opted for Auto Renew?

Season ticket holders who have opted for auto-renewal were emailed on Tuesday, May 28 to advise that their card will be debited for the full cost of their season ticket on Tuesday, June 4. However, for any season ticket holders who have been displaced or had an adjustment to their seat number or position, you will not be able to utilize auto-renew. We will be contacting these supporters to advise them if they haven’t already renewed online.
